Figure your cammed 5.3 is probably somewhere around 330whp through that 4l80e. 14.7 psi doubles NA power. Now you can play with rough whp depending on boost levels.

I was waiting for that!
20 pounds without a prob LOL Your tune will make or break the setup, not the power level.

Anything that needs to be changed out running 15 lbs, i know the simple things like injectors, fuel pumps, maybe a turbo cam etc etc, but anything engine component wise, i might switch to a lower compression piston like the 4.8 pistons.

My point being that I'm still on the factory bottom end and ring gaps. I've never taken a rod or crank bolt out. I've put 10k miles on it and beat on it. Just get a real, quality tune done and send it. People getting greedy with timing is what ruins most dreams, amongst other things. But E85 erases any worry of detonation from heat and makes water/meth kind of redundant. You'll make 600hp with real moderate timing with a 78/75, a 5.3 and E85. That's a simple request with a stock cam honestly, and if you plan on using a stock converter then i would use a factory cam or a truck grind or something maybe. Worst thing I ever tried was running a cammed engine on a factory converter. Just kills it.
I also spool before 3k and the s475 clone is a bigger turbine than the 78/75. Buddies 78/75 on a 4.8 makes boost before 3k as well. You'll be making 5psi by 3k with a 5.3 78/75 combo, I would bet on it.
