Hey J, very nice looking unit. I'll be very interested to see how you mount this puppy and fabricate the tubing. Please keep us updated. The camaro guys got it so easy. I'll be very interested to see your install and hear the results. My guess is you'll lose some boost but pick up a lot of CFM and drop your IATs significantly.

Thanks man, I got it planned out pretty good mounting wise. Should be nice and clean lol. I hoping to gain more boost now that I am loosing quite a bit of 2.5 inch tubing and rubber connectors that blow up like ballons on the dyno. The routing will be a lot shorter and direct so that will help keep things flowing nicely, 3inch to the maf and 3.5 from the maf to the TB Camaro guys really do have it nice, I am a lil hesistant to cut the nose up, but hey what can you do

Their front grill doesn't have to be hacked up, for us t/a formula guys we have to cut out the plate to get enough air flow, I am also putting a 3.2" pulley on the blower before I go back.....if I sell my stock intercooler stuff I will have enough to buy a cam too

Buschman, Hi mike I am going to mount it like Tiago, Raymer, Dynedta, and PSJ. Bos is correct it will be mounted horizontally-> ------ not vertically-> |
The plate area is the place that needs to come out. I don't think this thing could fit any other way

Eric, I thought I had the twins sold but???? Damn trying to plan ahead.

1.3L Don't know for sure, didn't ask, but was told it wasn't imported and it was made here, I will shoot an email to find out. Thanks tho

frce, the front bumper cuts very easily... it's up to you how you mount it... One thing you might not realize from my pictures is that my intercooler is pretty far back and that it's probably about 6-8 inches back from the cut out section. Not that it matters. My FMIC is mounted to the front bumper support spots on the crossmember.

Cool PSJ, I have a ton of your pics printed out and tiagos too. I am going to mount it to the bumper support brackets like yours. The IC has mounting bungs that I will be using, just have to get some metal rods or angle iron from Homedepot racer supply first, should have it mounted up by sunday if the weather holds and I get some extra cash.

One idea I had at one point was to try to save some of the insert mounting points so I could put it back on and hide the intercooler but the reality is that the intercooler really blows people away.
