Wow ok. I've built my motors myself up to this point but always less than 1000hp. I would just buy all the parts and stuff together but i'll get killed with shipping everything to Hawaii separately.. I also talked to TKM and Texas speed. Its hard to trust machine shops down here with anything.

I've got friends with 408-427 combos paired with 94-98mm turbos, work well. Not suprisingly they are Garrett-based turbos given the size.
If you are packaging this into a 1st gen, there is a good FB group we have for these swaps and there are 2 guys in there running 98 turbos that are packaged well.

I'll suggest two other shops for an engine build like this:
Mike Lough Racing Engines
Scoggin Dickey Race Shop (owned by a dealer)
Mike has a lot of experience with Dart block based builds.

That motor from Mike Lough in Billy hoskinson’s falcon (i think its a 388?) is doing really well they run that thing damn near every weekend and it seems very reliable! I never thought of calling them because they are even farther away but I guess everyone is far away from me.

I’ve been running my single forward facing for 3 years now.

The VSR 80 with the 88/96 housing was done at 26-27lbs on a 364 and made ~1050, which is pretty good for the price. Weird how these larger chyna wheels don't make all that much more power, you got 100hp more at the same boost with a 12mm larger compressor and 17mm larger turbine and I've seen the same results from other guys, its like they haven't figured out the aero Garrett, Precision and others have with the larger wheels. The smaller turbine stuff seems closer to the name brands, just more reason to go twin turbo if you are sticking with cheaper units.

Ah **** well I just bought it so I guess I'll run it until I max it out and feel the need for a bigger one. at least my hotside should be setup for it already so it should be an easy change just gotta find someone to buy it down here. It's not really cost effective to send it back all the way from Hawaii. The shipping will probably be $300...
