I'm in the process of changing over.

Turbo cars have a very high fun factor. You won't be disappointed.

I went from a 422 that made 478 rwhp 3 years ago to a turbo. I have mixed feelings on the switch over. On the good side I made more power, the car was faster, more exotic and fun to drive. On the downside it was difficult to tune, less reliable and I jumped in without a ton of research (me bad) so I ended up with a mis-matched setup.

The first try was with lots of problems and aggravation. I decided to stay FI and am happy about the decision now that I have custom built a setup from top to bottom

FI is more expensive to be sure but the results can be great, just make sure you get lots of support and realize at big power levels lots of things start to break

so you will need to think the whole package and costs before you start.

I went from a 422ci iron block that I went 11.0 on pump gas when my car was a street car to a 348ci FI setup. I'm very happy with my change. NA setups get too loud and too radical to drive on the street.

this is what im realizing. i like the rowdy sound of the cam but it gets annoying when you just wanna cruise.

Just made the switch to a P-1 with a very conservative tune...lots of fun so far...drives like stock but wind it past 3500 and there's a nice 100+ HP over my h/c NA setup
