ordered a 5.0 whipple today for the 32 just starting to drive and tune the 32. bit the bullet yesterday and ordered a 5.0 whipple to replace the 6-71. why???.....because I have wanted one ever since they came out. probably will not be worth the money performance wise, but I WANT IT! whipple says 2-4 weeks build time. supposedly, the injector hat and current 8mm drive will bolt right up.

it's already got a 6-71 on it. the 5.0 and 8.3 are supposed to be direct replacements for the 6-71. simply R&R.....supposedly. the 5.0 and 8.3 use the same case size. I didn't go with the 8.3 because I wasn't sure if I could slow it down enough for the mild boost level I am going to run for now. and rumor says fuel distribution is much better with more rotor speed. so I went with the 5.0.
