Test fitting the T76.
Here are a couple pics i snaped quick of the T76, the 60-1 next to the 76 and the turbo mounted.
This turbo is freaking huge compared to the 60-1. when i first saw it My first thought was oh S**t it ain't gonna fit. But i got it in there had to pound the frame in just a little bit, not to bad. The sway bar mount also has to be notched quit a bit. All in all i think it fit pretty well. Worked up a base fuel tune for now i'm gonna go out and drive it and see how it feels.

Depending on that info, and what motor mounts you run, you might need to clearance quite a bit... My motor torques up a lot more than I anticipated even with using poly motor mounts.
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
Well first impressions driving it last night. Spool up is way slower then the 60. The 60 would start to spool at 2500RPM and hit 12psi buy 2800-2900RPM it came on real hard real fast. The 76 is extremly slow it'll start to build boost at 2800rpm and gradually clime to 12psi at around 3900RPM, it's nice for traction with the gradual spool up but i wish i had full boost alittle sooner.
I'll have to move my timing tables around alittle now since i'm not building boost as low in the rpm band that might help alittle. Even with the slow spool up I'm very happy with the results, i deffinatly picked up ALOT of power over the 60-1 and it holds A solid 12psi all the way to redline.
that spool time sounds way slow.
i have the small frame T76 but i get my full 10psi by 2900with full exhaust and around 2700 with the cutout open
3" DP, .96AR cutout right after the downpipe.
