Due to a lack of computer skills I'm unable to look at those . Are you getting anywhere with the tune ? Removing a degree at a time from areas in the timing table that correspond with the areas where you are seeing KR ?

could this be causing my knock? Pre ignition?
best way to clear it if so?

Old timer mechanics used to very carefully pour water into the carburetor of a running engine to break up carbon in the combustion chamber.
Not sure how much I trust this but could be easily done with a spray water bottle.

Haha, just reading loads on that, spraying into throttle body slowly with just boiled water.
think my piston are bad?

It looks like carbon?
You have a before picture, try the water and see if it gets better?
