7875 next gen with T4 1.25
@rel3rd has run a 7875 on his 6.0 for some time now, he'd be a good one to ask about how well it works and what you can expect.
TBSS intake will work great, I'd ask around on the cam.
You don't want too much or you'll choke the turbo sooner with that 6.0.
Don't worry about the cam rpm range, mine states peak power at 6,500rpm but it'll pull all the way to 7,500+rpm, a good flowing turbo will do that.

Running my heavy car (4160# with me) through a heavy 4L80E, and a heavy Ford 9" rear, the car ran it's best (to date) track numbers of 9.36@148.
That was 19.5# boost, VS Next Gen 78/75 bullet with .96 a/r, 3" exhaust w/ open cutout.
Car ran the same with a short 4" dump out of the turbo, so I believe that the turbo was simply "done".
You mention the rpm with better flowing turbo.
My car always was done, RPM-wise, at 6800 tops.
Now with better turbo (85/88), 3.25 gears (instead of 3.70), and Turbo 400 (instead of 4L80), it'll hit the rev limiter at 7800 rpms.
Still running through a 3" open cutout. (I do have a 4" fender exit pipe for it, but need to modify crossover)
This is a 6.0 with antique TrickFlow heads, and a Sloppy Stage 2 camshaft
Car is just under 4000# now, with my 320# self inside
