My alky system
took a couple photos when i was installing the stuff w/ the first nozzle, and today took more while doing the second.
www.snowperformance.net boost cooler
i got-
-220psi pump
-one way check valve
-625 primary nozzle and 375 secondary nozzle w/ T
-fuel line, sump bulkhead fitting
-level sensor and a couple led's
total cost was 375ish.
i provided my own relay to switch the pump, and the relay is triggered by what ever boost amount i set my output to on my e-boost controller. I happen to have it set to come on at 4psi.. if it comes on too low it will cause a bog.
i used some 15 minute 2 part epoxy to seal the fittings.
obviously i used the stock washer tank, fyi it holds just over 3 qts.
the pump is mounted directly forward of the tank in the nose, make sure that the pump is mounted so that its inlet is lower than the sump of your reservoir.
the check valve is mounted between the reservoir and the pump so you never chance blowing your alchohol everywhere.
i mounted the leds in the air vent on the pillar, green lights up when the pump is running, and red lights up when the level is low in the tank.
speaking of that, it was HARD to get their level sensor in there.. the spot i have is the lowest place i could mount it. if you mount it any higher you will be throwing the low light on when you have a half a talk left, as mine comes on w/ about 1/4 tank remaining.
very simple and boy does it work, running straight methanol fuel from the go cart store for $5 per gallon and I am still on my third gallon since installing this in May.
in may the car dynoed 765rw on pump gas and the first nozzle
now with the second nozzle installed i am looking to go 800rwhp and then tippie toe to 900rwhp on pump and alky. I figure with my wack drivin' skillz and the 3700# car i'll need 900rw to get the 153mph (record far as i can tell) by the time the tracks close up for the season.

my car ran great when 50/50 but for this much power now i want all the octane i can get

Looks good MM! ... and now I am really kicking myself for not doing it that way... very clean and stealthy.
That nozzle is a critical part that I just couldnt find locally that satisfied me... however i still wanted to do a custom hidden install... and i wanted it to be capable of supplying more spray than i could ever needthe snow runs a much bigger and higher pressure pump, it is run dry so it doesnt take up room in your tank like smc, and runs at significantly higher pressure for better misting of large amounts of methanol. also you dont have to add lubricant to the spray as with smc.
i had more mounting options because the pump is separate from the tank, and could use my stock washer tank.
matt snow sold me part by part exactly what i wanted/needed custom for me and he also got it to my home the next day.
