Sounds like something is a little off. Bypass leaking, slip (??), TB stuck?

You are spinning the blower slower...... if its a stock motor you are right on track with that pulley. D1-SC?? The stock 6 rib crank pulley is what 5.65"??? All i ever saw with a 3.2" pulley was 7 psi with a Gatorback belt spinning to 6200 rpm. Sounds good to be with a stock 6 rib pulleys...... you are ONLY spinning the blower to 43,434rpm's.

Yep Gonna try and see if I can get two years out of the stock block running 11-13 lbs of boost. Probably not a wise idea, but I'm confident I got the right setup to make it work.

I'm pretty sure the belts not slipping and the TB opens all the way. I've actually got 2 bypass valves on it now, 1 on each side. Would that affect anything as far as holding pressure? Right now the car is getting tuned with the new 408 motor so I'm anxious to see if the boost changes much. So far its made 8lbs without spining it to redline, started running out of fuel. The tuner said it's on track to make about 10lbs once there's enough fuel to take it that high. I thought it would drop more with the bigger motor but hasn't seemed to so far. We'll see.
