Default How to set a bov? adjuster screw tightened all the way and still leaking

Rob told me in another thread that my bov needed to be set properly before it can be tuned right. So how do you set an HKS blow off valve? detailed instructions anyone please?

Thanks for the reply. They tell you just to tighten down the screw which would normally be perfectly fine.

However, even with the screw tightened down completely, the bov is still leaking. The spring is the 7-14lbs of boost spring and I am running 7lbs so that shouldnt be a problem. I am completely lost and this is the only thing keeping me from getting my car tuned so I can have a good running car. I have been dealing with this for like 2 weeks with no solution. Please help.

so..let me get a mental picture here of what you are saying.

turn on the car
car is idling
the bov is leaking air at idle?
