Opinion of Reichard Racing Pulleys? Wondering why I don't see more people running the RR Pulleys?
Anyone remove them after trying them?
If you tried a RR, did you keep it in your setup?

Ill probably be buying there 3.3" 8 rib pulley to try next. NoGo is using it and making between 14-16 psi on his 383. There pullies are kinda spendy... $160.... bu i hear they work really well.

reichard pulleys, aka "the belt shredder", do NOT work any better then normal pulleys... the reason so many people make more boost is because reichard makes their pulleys in different sizes (meaning smaller) then the manufacture.. You are making more boost because the pulley is spinning the blower faster and you WANT to think your $160 was well spent... In a class like renegade, where you are limited to 8 rib pulleys on your supercharger, we have tried it all. I make over 27lbs on an 8rib setup with normal vortech pulleys with limited slip. I have tried reichards and will go through 1 belt a run with his pulleys. I can get 5 runs out of a belt with the manufactures pulleys... I know of certain renegade teams that are sponsored by reichard that have found more power in vortech pulleys

Good question. Im going to call them and see if i can get a 3.3" with out the slots and holes drilled in it.
I know they sell a 3.2" 8 rib for ATI kits also.

Some people have drilled their own pulleys creating valley/grooves in between the ribs.
1 had better luck using a wider valley with smoother edges than the sharp RR teeth effect. Any comments on drilling your own pulleys for grip?
