Question Phone # for High Temp Silicone?

I found their website, and sent them an email last Friday trying to order some silicone hose couplers for my supercharger intake. No reply so far.

Are they always this non-responsive? Anyone have a phone number for them?

Any other companies out there with black 3.5" silicone tubing? Need it quickly.

Jim@HTS is a stand up guy, he had my stuff to me in no time flat(2 days USPS) and responded to my emails very quickly. He frequents here a lot and I am sure you can get him to sponsor the site, he has participated here a few times too.
But it would be nice if there was a number listed on his site(jim are you listening, I want to call you up and order a T-shirt )

The reason why the # is not on the webpage is because we were in the process of moving and I didnt want to confuse people. We are now all moved but are having some horrendous service with teh phone company. We wont have a high speed connection at the shop for another 10 days! We are using the shop number as a dial up connection right now which has created more issues than you can imagine. The new # to the shop is 760-956-9994 but will not be ready to use until we get this issue taken care of. In the meantime I will PM you the shop cell # so you can get in touch with us.

We have 2 dozen or so shirts due here this coming tuesday. This is a new vendor for us and I didnt want to get crazy so I just order 2500 full color digital decals and 2 dozen shirts. If they come out good, beanies, hats, hooded sweatshirts and jackets will all go into print.

Kyle ordered a shirt and should have it this week!

Thanks
Jim

As per the other response on this thread, we are having a horrible email issue. We can get all of our incoming email no problem, however outgoing is another story. I will PM you our number to get this taken care of.

BTW We have black 3.50" 4 ply Aramid hose in stock in 12" and 3" lengths.

Sorry for the technical difficulties!
