Sts Turbo Dyno #'s Inside*****UPDATE*****
Well I just got back from the dyno. We turned up the boost to 9# on the Methanol injection. The car ran great on the dyno with not even 1 deg. of knock retard. The timing was set at a conservative 13 deg.On 93 octane pump gas. This is a 2002 stock automatic WS6 Trans Am (only mod is a fuel pump and 42# inj.) Made 476.8 RWHP and 510.6 FT.LBS OF TORQUE.
I think almost 200 rwhp over stock is not bad for a stock car with the base STS kit spraying methanol.I'll try to get the dyno graph up asap.

Nice number btw to the original poster!
Did you dyno the car stock? What were the numbers?
I am glad to see that this lit is doing well and anticipate the day I get mine on. I am not looking for a race car and have always wanted a boosted car. I think this kit is the best bang for the buck to add some fun to drive boost on my car with no hassles. Right now I have a (see sig) with a GM crate LS6 engine and a 2800 vigilante stall and it dyno's over 320 with no tune done (motor just thown in) and can run 8.0 in the 1/8 on slicks. I think my car will be able to run pretty good with that kit on it.

We tried 14 deg but the horspower was the same because the motor was already heatsoaked at that point. So we left the timing at 13 deg to be safe. Usually a car will load up harder on the street or strip then on a dyno.So to prevent knock when driving it hard we felt that 13 deg was this cars sweet spot.We kept our a/f in the 11-12 range.9.5-10.5 is a little rich.We never dynoed this car but Eastside has dynoed tons of cars. What they usually see on for rwhp on stock 2002 F-bodies range between 280-low 300's rwhp stock on the automatics. The turbo size is 60-1.

It all depends on your tune and turbo size and of course how built is your motor. With the base kit 60-1 it's able to make in the 600 hp range at the crank. Now if you were looking for more than a larger turbo would be needed. For example a 76 turbo should be able to make around 1000hp at the crank. It all depends on the combo.
