Turbo guys inside
I plan on making a system like the CAS one. Thinking about ceramic coating the insides of the headers so they dont crack on me. I think that would help.
It runs in my head that CAS wanted 6000 for there kit. With that said im going to set my budget at 4 grand.
Heres what i need to know from you guys that have or know about the CAS system.
What turbos did they use? Where can i get them and how much are they?
Also what blow off valves do i need?
Any advice from someone thats been down this road before?
Hope you guys can help. as soon as all my research is done i will order all the parts and get going on it this winter.

I dont think i will have QMP make me a kit. I like the idea of making my own.
Seams like everybody that orders a twin kit get burned by some company that goes out of business.
If my kit turns out good I plan on making some up to sell. I have the equitment to make them.
you can get the above turbos with internal gates, but the general feeling is external gates are better. they will give you much better control of presure and generaly hold boost better than internal gates.
as for blow off valves, the choice is yours. just make sure it/they are large enough! if not you may have spool/lag problems.
i like the idea of ceramic coating. it will reduce temps no end, and on a turbo, thats important. if you do the inside, you will creat anpother layer that the heat has to work though, but you also run the risc of if it does come off, you may damage the turbos! i have seen some motors run interanal coating on the manifolds with no problems, so really the choice is yours.
hope it all goes to plan, and keep us updated.
thanks Chris.
PS, sorry if some of the stuff i have said seems a bit diffrent/odd/wrong. im a brit that is used to 4 pots so dont kill me straight away. hope some of it is some use though. LOL
