Default Get R DONE!

The conversion is complete......I'm going to pick up the car later on today....

Here is what I did.....

F1
Griffin FMIC
Battery to the back
New Hal
BMR sway bar
236/242 cam
Twin 420L race pumps, one on a hobbs switch
still running the 60# mototrons......

The car made right around 660rwhp with about 15psi I'll get the exact #'s when I see the sheet

The P.I. 4000 converter I'm running in the car isn't being very efficient at all, a TCT is for sure going in over the winter......the car was flashing to 6000rpms as soon as it was WOT, I don't have a lockup either.....TH400

I'm gonna go weigh the car to see where it sits, it was 3650 before with me in it. I weigh 225, think I might of lost a few pounds from the conversion, no more bumper support and the battery is to the rear........I'm going to hopefully get it to the track this saturday to see what it has I'm sure I'll get the boot after a few passes.....

Previous best was an 11.0@121 1.58 60'
90 degree weather, getting the boot after 5 passes
D-1SC with 11psi, 214/218 cam, 455rwhp & 522rwtq

I got a solid 200rwhp gain

Speed Inc. did an excellent job once again

man that car is going to fly once you get used to it at the track, why did you choose the F1? Isnt the d1 good for enough power? those things are rated to a good bit of power.

I believe Bos was spinning the D1 at or near it's limit on his 370ci motor.
The F1 also provides room to grow I'd imagine.

Anyways Bos, good luck at the track.
Wish I wasn't down at school so I could come by and check that pig out.
Regardless, you better get some pics up, pronto!

I was planning on keeping the D1, but I had an oppurtunity to sell it, so I did and upgraded

Thumbs up

Awesome BOS, I am glad things are coming together for you. I would assume the car had a similar amount of torque? Anyways congrats on the beast

Sweet!

I could make predictions but it's hard to say with your converter flashing so high.

That dyno number is thru a non-lockup, inefficient PI converter and TH400 and a 28" ET Street as well. Impressive Bos, now let's put it to the ground.

Glad to see the car is finally done....except for the converter. That is some excellent power, should be able to put down more after a fresh converter right??
