STS qusetion
Although the vehicle is moving, we still have 14.5 psi of air around us. So that's plenty of air... especially since a compressor like a turbo creates a vacuum so air is drawn towards it naturally.
I've ridden in STS equipt cars and I will tell you that 5psi in one of those easily smokes my truck at 13psi. LOL
I actually got into an impromtu race with 2 STS cars, #1 a Camaro, #2 a Firehawk, both on 5psi and me at 13psi. They were actually the ones racing and I just followed behind. LOL Lets just say they didn't leave me in the dust but there was now way in hell I was gonna close the gap they way they were moving.

... you know I'm kidding right?
Could have run better but converter was not suited for a power adder. It was an old ST3500. Anyone that knows converters knows the ST3500 is meant for a mildly modified bolt on only car.

Hahaha!!!!
A new rendition on the old "swerve at em" technique.. I like it.
Yea but @5000+ft!!??? I was stationed at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. (Try saying that) The very best run I had at SIR was a 13.6. I took the 3.73's and put the stock 2.73's in for the 1900mile trip to Chicago (and return trip of 1300 to Ft. Hood,TX ) With out my E.T. streets and the gears I ran my best time 13.2 bogging outat the line. I know with the 3.73's E.T. streets I could have stalled alittle higher and run closer to 13.000. So a drop of roughly 2700 ft could have dropped 6/10ths of a second. He is twice as high up.
