depends how much power your going to be running, or how big of a turbo with the amount of boost. Id either use a tial 38mm or turbo smart 48mm, look at www.forcedinductions.com they have good prices, also i think speed in had some good prices on wastegates to if they still carry them.

i went with the progate, hopefuly that will work out well.

Tials are so nice looking with the billet machined cover, the quality is super high and the valve bodies are stainless and they are made in the USA but you have to get one with the racegas bushing if thats what you are going to run. I had a 38 but sold it to get a Racegate. When I got my new Racegate it was so crappy looking compared to the Tial I was really disapointed, hopefully it will perform much better than it looks. I was too F'ing cheap to buy a big Tial.

A nitrous guy going w/ a terbo!!! The world is coming to an end, repent now!!

The only two companies I'd even consider would be Innovative and TiAL. I've got twin TiAL 38s on my car and the turbos are a little bigger than you GT40. I'd go 38 or 40mm.

Go on the forums @ www.turbomustangs.com and check out the classifieds. Always a few floating around on there. I know VS Racing deals w/ TiAL stuff (got my wastegates and BOV from them).

That GT40 will not do it. You need at least a GT42 in order to run that amount of boost on that displacement. You might be able to run 5psi but that's about all the GT40 can handle

2 things,

1. A GT40 will not compliment your 6.0L
2. TiAL is what I'm running, it's damn sweet.

Back on the wg thing..... The Tial 44mm is by far the best price per area wg on the market!! The 44mm gate cost $350 and sometimes you can find them for less. There are cheaper brands, but that's all they are, cheaper

The 42 would be a better choice if I was running the rpms up there. That is why I chose a bit smaller. And if the 40 will not cut it then hey its only money just by the 42 and try again. LOL.

You no I have been catching a lot of slack about that. But if put a little bit of nitrous with your turbo.
