I would really like to keep my existing ram air hood functional like that! I am likely going with a supercharger for my car, but until I saw your setup on your video I was leaning towards an ATI. Now I am very curious about a Vortech. Any info you can share about your vortech setup (which model/how much boost/maintenance/ease of installation etc) would be awesome - thanks!

how much would it be to just put in new syncros and new forks? Or just to build the tranny? on another note i was thinking about methane injection just to replace the use of race gas just to run safer. What do you guys think?
Good numbers! I would richen it up a bit as well, especially in a heavy car. I ran max 21 degrees, 11.5:1 air fuel on average on a 10 psi stock bottom end car I did (auto, stock longblock, headers) Made 495 at 6000 rpm still climbing, but due to the stock valvesprings, set it up to shift at 5500. That was bout a year ago, its still together but who knows how long

sorry!FWIW, he actually should stick with a smaller crank pulley if you can talk him into it....just our .02! That's why our crank pulley is only 7.25", not 7.65 like ATI's or the others that are even bigger...I was just wishing him well and I like to follow everyone's progress no matter what they do or use...I really hope the ATI setup works out for him. Good luck with the tuning. BTW, how much power is he looking for?? pm me if you want...I think I already hijacked this thread enough!
Im trying to get him to put a smaller crank and let the blower make boost up top... too much torque Im going to have to pull all the timing out of it

osuhunter07, you want your power band more towards the left side of the dyno sheet...notice yours is to the far right hand side at the end of the rpm range for it's peak....

You=some dumbass 35 year old with a mid-life crissis talking **** to a 19 year old. You have invested lets say. 25k for the car, 3k for the blower, plus another 3k in other mods. That makes a total of 31k into a car that still looks like ****.
Me=19 years old, goes to college, pays for all my own ****. have 15k into car with about 6k into mods =21k With another 10k you can kiss my ***.
On the other hand I know a guy with the nearly the exact same setup as you and he is cool as ****. So post your dyno. Dont be a bitch and talk **** and have nothing to back it up with.
