Default Results are in!!! DYNO SHEET HERE!!!! COME IN!!!

Hey everyone. First let me say thank you to everyone. You guys have been a great help and if I can ever help anyone out please let me know.

To the good stuff

What was tuned:
ATI D1sc
OBX FMIC
SDCE 8 rib tensioner
7.25 crank
4.25 blower pulley
NGK tr6
inline 255
42 lbs injectors
Hooker long tubes
Off road y pipe
B&B cat back

I got everything tuned at Revxtreme in Tampa, Fl. AMAZING COMPANY! I can not say enough about them. We tuned everything with safty in mind. I beleive right now the timing is 23. At 6200 rpms the injectors are maxed out. Also are 6200 rpms I SEE 10LBS OF BOOST. This is WAY high, being it is a 4.25 blower pulley. I was expecting a max of 8. So what we determinded is that I will rev it 5,500 rpm when racing. His tuning is simply amazing. I am now a member through revxtreme and i will by everythign from them. Any ways, Only problems where that the 4.25 pulley is too big so the black bar that comes with the SD-concepts kit that goes from the oil pan to the blower does not fit because the pulley hangs over it a little. Scott is trying to find a solution and he is gonna get a pulley on his and see what happens. We think the boost gain is obviosly from the sd tensioner and the front mount. Here is the dyno graph. LOOK AT THE RESULTS I AM SO HAPPY!!.

BTW, stock cam, heads, everything else other than what listed

I went with the 4" blower pulley and whatever the crank pulley is, 7. somethin. But theres a problem, the blower pulley has a nick on one of the grooves where the belt goes. So I have to send the head unit in so they can switch it out.

Looks good.
23 degree's of timing and 12-1 A/F is not safe on the cars I do with stock H/C and 10psi. I run 14 degree's and 11.5-1 on my personal Vette with 10lbs.Just for you to compare

Nice numbers for a stock engine. I guess the OBX is flowing better than the stock intercoolers because u are seeing 10psi with 7.25 crank and 4.25 SC. Im running 7.65 crank and 4.25 SC pulley and im seeing 8psi only at 6400 or so. I guess my next step willl be the OBX intercooler with 8.5 crank pulley and alky injection. Now get a SC cam in the car and watch that boost goes down a bit and your power shoot up to 520-550rwhp ... U will need 60lb injectors if u want to do that though. I maxed out my 42lbs around 530rwhp with 60psi FP running over 100% DC. I would also lower that timing to 20 max. Im running 19 degrees now with low 11's A/F ratio for safety. Good luck man.

Hi Nick,
Congratulations!
Scott made a different support brace for you...Were you planning to send any pics before we send the new brace out so we can make sure it will fit? I tried calling you back last night and left a message. Scott also wanted to know where you were referencing your boost from...email here or call me! That is A LOT of boost for you to be seeing!!

Hey LS1Power...what are you using for a tensioner?

Holy crap mines done the same thing in the past.... I call it "la la land gear" I dont know what the hell it is either but some people have told me I bent the 2-3 shift fork. Although that was when I was new with the car and Ive learned to shift better... havent done it in a long time. Ive heard that if you have a bent shift fork the thing to do is replace with with the Viper t56 forks, they are steel instead of alum like ours.

Have emergency funds for a forged bottom end. 10 psi is too much for a stock bottom, don't rely on shifting at 5500 .

Sweet setup Got Me SOM, Your car sounds awesome!

What model Vortech are you running? I love the way yoursupercharger integrates into the front airbox

I would really like to keep my existing ram air hood functional like that! I am likely going with a supercharger for my car, but until I saw your setup on your video I was leaning towards an ATI. Now I am very curious about a Vortech. Any info you can share about your vortech setup (which model/how much boost/maintenance/ease of installation etc) would be awesome - thanks!
