In the car pic you can see how low the pipe hung (not to bad...so we cut and angled it up slightly so the new design is much (2 inches) higher in the rear..clearance now is not an issue. The pic above was before the adjustment.
Below you see the upper pan hard not connected..It will be fabricated and well see how it goes.
.

Aluminum and silicone deliverys have started..but our friendly online vendor screwed up and silicone wont be here this weekend. This will slow the project as theres alot of "other" stuff that must be taken care of not related to the car....Of course, I hope to keep it rolling despite the other projects.

Its not that I should be in a rush...heres what it looked like outside today...

Id like to say 30 days...need to make the map extension for the LS2 intake.etc..Intakes not even on, so there is stuff beyond the kit development that needs to be completed.

That's not really true... it may be fine if you run without it while drag racing... but the chassis bracket where the PHB mounts to is pretty flimsy, and I wouldn't trust it on a street/rr car without the brace. The quality of the lower PHB really has no effect on the upper... if anything an aftermarket one would be less compliant and would put more stress on that bracket. You won't really notice a performance change by removing the brace... but you may hit something wrong one day and tear that bracket off the frame.

Thanks all.
I will have a barace, just not as it came from the factory.
I expect minimal if any gain from LS2 intake, had LSX but wanted more stock look..but also had 90mm TB and wanted to keep it.
