hah, honestly, i dont know, its somewhere lost in the price with the whole 408 motor.

call up Allan and have him quote ya. hes been doin an excellent job so far with everything, including my patients and questions. So far, hes #1 on my list.

hopefully this week we should get the other stuff like fuel and other parts to fab up the manifolds. soon as i get pics of those, it will be posted

Are you going with a kit or is Futral building a custom turbo set-up for you?

futral is building a complete turbo setup for me, with tubular headers allowing ac and power steering to stay.

as far as specs go, i dont know them yet since its a pretty new setup.

the buildup should hopefully be done and dynoed by mid february.

im hoping for about 700 rwhp or so on pump gas with the setup. Allan said it was feesable and hopefully should not be a problem. only thing that is impressive with that, is it will have to be tuned for AZ heat and crappy 91 oct. then on race fuel, im hoping for somewhere around 850-900 rwhp with the 75 # RC inj's.

these are just goals, so i dont know exactly what i can expect from it as i have never owned a turbo car.

do my goals seem realisitic?

as far as other things that will be included in the setup:

408 stroker motor custom built by FMS
afr stage 3 hand ported heads from FMS's guy:
flow #'s

.200 158.7 119.0
.300 229.5 165.1
.400 279.0 212.0
.450 293.8
.500 309.2 232.5
.550 321.0
.600 330.1 238.5
.650 331.9
.700 333.7 238.6
.750 335.8
.800 336.8 238.6

those are with 67cc chambers.

strage 12 bolt with 3:55 gears
all upgrade fuel stuff from aeromotive

a few other things that i can not think of, but most of the stuff is top of the line.

Wouldn't a GT42R meet or exceed those goals? I would think you're being very conservative with your power expectations. Than again, I'm just a n00b.

well the problem with that is with that turbo, on pump gas i guess the air heats up too quickly and will cause a lot of detination. im sure Allan has thought of that, but he knows what hes doing, so i just sit and watch and
