Default People Who Just received their SDCE set-up

I just got mine on Tuesday, but they did not send the belt with it. I called Wendy and got a part number 25-080-510. Tried to put it on , but it doesn't fit -- seems too small.

Running a 3.40 pulley - could someone tell me if this is the right belt number or not?

If not, does anyone know the right one?

That 510 probably means a 51" belt, thats too short.....

Im running a 53 1/8 on my 3.4" its a gate, but the perfect size is a

Gatorback.....through summit, 52.5", PN - GTR-4080525

Bos you dumb head The Napa belt number is decieving remember
By looking at the NAPA PN number you think it's 52.5in but its really 53-1/8in. Remember, it states the size on the back of the paper wrapper that the belt comes with....member???

See it works just fine with the 3.4 pulley. I know mine has as its still on the car.....been slacking on getting the goodyear gatorback on

So no NAPA doesn't make a 52.5, its 53-1/8 inches long and works great with the 3.4 and the NAPA PN for the belt is 25-080525

I love my Napa Part number 25-080415 on my custom Spring loaded tensioner system... And not to Toot my own horn, I came up with it, all on my own. No disrespect to SDCE, as this is your thread. Sorry.. It's got a custom 8" Crank Pulley and a ATI 3.4" Blower pulley... And I don't need to take off the blower to change the belt...

HAA-HAA bos, no you're not, we have just been through 8 bazillion belts so far so its tough to keep track. You should see my garage, it looks like the belt section from a parts store
I don't know what to do with all these s/c belts anymore

I put the belt on and it seems to work fine. Is there anything else that I should know about this setup? Why is everyone going through belts?

No one is going through belts with the SDCE set up. Me, Bos, NA$TY-TA, 1dirtyZ and quite a few others that bought the ATI kit early on, all had belt/pulley issues when trying to push a lot of boost with ATI's measly 6 rib set up. I personally spent more money on pulleys, cogs and belts to buy a new headunit
SDCE fixed all this.
Your belt will work not just fine but great for a whole lot of miles, Scott quoted me 20000mi and I believe him. I'm going to try another belt just because I want to see if I can get another 2-3psi out if this pulley combo...if not, I'll be back to my ol trusty Napa belt.
