many people are running 9s with less powerful setups.......properly tuned suspension is what it takes.

Full weight car with driver, I say 10.0-10.5 on slicks. Need to propel a 3700lb raceweight down the track.

396 w/T76 will peak at about 4800-5100 and fall off hard after that. Not enough turbo for a big motor.

Krazy, you can use the info below to find out how a 427 and T76 would do. Keep in mind that is a map for the older T76's....

Running a single Walbro 340 and a T-76 is asking for trouble. I'd say you need to run (2) Walbros (one on a Hobbs pressure switch) if not a big single pump.

Better safe than sorry with forced induction and your fuel system.

Where are you located?

no dyno numbers . i would say it was at 10lbs by around 3500-3800 rpms . the next time i go i am going to try some race gas and turn the boost to 15 lbs and see what happens . i hope the track is a lot better because it sucked sunday .
