Synergy has a kit for the STS system as well as the ATI kits going into production. I didn't know Billy at trtturbo was doing one as well?

This looks like a very nice kit. As far as pricing being steep? For those who can't do it themselves it's a great way to go. It's a more expensive than Rick's kit (the one I'm using) but is using a different IC. Lets all just be happy there are options for us.

Great work guys.

Yea Justin I am doing one. I will get some good pics soon. We put one on my sons LT1 car a few days ago and a customers LS1 car a couple of weeks ago. These so called cheap ebay intercoolers are doing great for me.

Sweet man! Get the pics up when you're done bro. I'd like the check it out.

I feel good knowing that some poor lil Korean kids made some money after their slave labor, pounding away on my IC over a campfire in the middle of the jungle. I'm not even going to imagine how they pressure checked it, I hope it wasn't with liquid, yellow liquid. LOL

I understand no one wants to cut up their front bumper, but how is the intercooler supposed to flow if there is something behind it? Right now, our kits are at about 999 so far to see how well they do, and believe me, there is not much room to make money in that. I understand it may seem like alot, but look at what its doing. Any decent front mount turbo kit will be about 5-6k with an intercooler. Which still makes the STS with the 1000 FMIC kits from whoever a good deal. Our kit even goes as far as to have the bumper precut and prewelded with the IC already mounted so the end user only has to bolt it in and send back the core. Couldnt be easier.

Actually it works quite well with the bumper still in place believe it or not.

There is about 1/2" between the bumper and the i/c and it works way better than I thought. I was worried at first but the guy who installed it for me said it won't be a problem, he was right. I have before and after measurements. The 6psi IAT's were about 140 in 60 degree weather. After the intercooler they dropped to within 15 degrees of ambient. I would not worry about cutting the bumper, this setup works fine with it still there. On 10.5 psi the temps stay within 25 of ambient (i'm pretty sure the 67 turbo is out of effeciency at this range too).

Very Nice indeed. If I was not capable of doing the work Myself I would be calling you guys up asap! Heck I may still get a prefab kit/ Time will tell?

I do agree with the previouse post. The more kits / options avalible the better we all are!
