Add On Intercooler Setup for STS Pro Turbo Built a intercooler set up for the STS LS1 car. It uses american made presure tested bar and plate cores. Rated up to 800 HP. And the system
features 4 ply silicone and all clamps. This is not some cheap ebay product. These are the same air to air cores that are used on our systems. All piping
comes silver powder coated.
I am seeing what kind of a demand there is for the product. I will follow with some pictures shortly.

This is on an STS style or STS kit..???????
The 987rwhp was with 23-24psi, and that was done with the PTK system. The STS system to make that power would be asking a tad much...hehe. As for the price guys, this is a well built system, pressure tested and coated using the best components. They aren't using cheap ebay cores, pre-bent tubes, and krylon paint here...lol.

Pre-bent cut and welded together mild steel tubing from what I see on those pics...
Powder coating to protect rust prone mild steel tubing....in and out I assume or is it??
I take it thats the prototype kit, and all IC pipes are one piece mandrel bent pieces on production kits to back up your non pre-bent tube claim and that price?

I think ill stick with Ebay cores for $250 or Griffins for $5-600 and all SS bends for about $150 and all my HTS fitting for about $2-250.... at the most $$$ i quoted its still $300 more in your pocket using a griffin....... Thats just my .02 though and everyones entitled to there own oppinion......

It doesn't look like it cuts into the front bumper support which is good, whats involved in the install?
