Oil pressure problems solved!
My oil pan gasket did not make a good seal around where the filter send and return area were, and oil was leaking back into the pan from there.
After some thought on it last night I came up with that, got a new gasket, put it on, torqued the pan back down, boom 60psi, hooked the turbos back up, 50-60 psi again, killed the motor and shut down shop. Its always a relief to fix a problem serious as low oil pressure, the good news is the motor had at least 20-30psi when it was leaking oil, and it only ran for a few seconds at a time a few times, so I really doubt there was any damage.

bythe way have you got recent picutes of the set up, we still all want to see.
I just don't want people to see my gheto wiring right now, there are wires running all over the car while its in a "testing" on jack stands state, hell we even have a autometer oil press gauge mounted in the bay.
