SS J and U bends
Performance Curve.
You will need about 3 of these multi bends to complete the job but its well worth it.

I just cut what I needed and had some SS left over for whatever so it works out pretty well for the money spent.

But I used 2 of those multi bends but 3 would have been perfect(had to buy a few bends locally). If you have a little left over then you can use that to make adjustments or whatever.
I chose stainless because, no rust, no need to paint it or coat it as it sheds heat quickly and can be polished to a great shine. Its also pretty easy to weld up. Mild steel mandrel bends can also be pricey. NAPA carries em, but be prepared to spend $20-30 per bend on 3 inch stuff.
Hope this helps
Those muti bends are the ticket for this project, 39 bucks click the link to see how many bends you can cut from those.
IF you bought 3 multi bends, you can get
6- 90deg bends
3- 45deg bends
3- 12-14in straights
in all 3 inch STAINLESS STEEL
9 bends plus 3 straights all for 120 bucks, plus you know what bends you are getting.
I can only show you guys where to get this stuff for cheap, you do the math.
