PROCHARGER: is anyone having pulley aligment problems or its just me?
God damn i swear i must of had this Pulley off 100 times and i still cant get it right.
Latest thing i have done is i had another aluminum spacer machined by a cnc shop so i dont have to use washers cuz i thought too many washers was a problem when they were crushing while tighten up the crank blower pulley. After i got the spacer made it was a hell of a lot straighter but still seemed a little wobbly. I drove the car over the weekend keeping my eye on the belt and it seemed fine for the first 80 miles. Last 20 miles something happend and it shreded off 3 ribs off a 12 rib belt. Got a new belt today and put it back toghether and the Crank Blower pulley still has a very slight shake to it, i'm so exhausted working on this damn pulley i havent been able to take the car to get it tuned because of this problem. My last thought is the actuall blower crank pulley is bent, i've had a problem once when i first put my motor in i had too much tension on the blower belt and snaped an Eagle 4340 crank snout off, now with a new crank i've tripled the miles on this motor and so far so good. I think when the snout snaped the pulley hit something and bent, because the actual stock crank pulley is straight. I ordered the New Blower/crank pulley today from ATI and i'm crossing my fingers right now that on Thursday when i put it on its staight if not im driving this car off the cliff

I went and put a smaller pully on my procharger the same way the other one came off with the stamped side out and it was eating belts, come to find out that i needed to turn the pully around. From the naked its hard to tell but there not the same width on each side of the pully.

it may be your crank pulley.
I had to get a new one and then the blower crank pulley mated up nice and no more wobble. no matter what I did with the original crank pulley it would still wobble.
I think it was $80 so it's not tooo expensive to try.

I had an issue, I have the SDCE setup though, I had some issues removed some shims and it was fine. You'll get it and once you do it will last a long time best of luck
