i never tuned for down low cause I am either cruising or at 6000 rpms on the converter but it would prolly help to tune in between those ranges and get my 60' down.

I only have one dyno run the car on a Land and Sea water brake dyno. Unfortunely the operator did not know how turn on the loading portion and all the correction factors were messed up.

Anyway with a custom boost controller set at 9 psi (blocks boost to actuator), stock engine and vigilante 2800 (stalls more than 3500 rpm) the car made the most torque at 3300 rpm (only showed 330 lb-ft). Since this measures torque and calculates HP, hp numbers got up to about 220. This is at 4800 ft. Either way the car could have made more. Car is not to fast and the tune is rough it only runs 12.3 at 114 mph.

I have many runs in the 5 psi range. Most start at 2,000, but I have one that starts at 1,500 rpm. I have one or two in the 8/9 psi range also.

Problem is that I don't have a scanner. If you really want, I can fax them to you. Let me know.
