Like the title says, I have a QMP turbo kit that I want to have jet-hot coated. Anyone have an idea how much this would cost? Thanks.

 

Probably $600-$700 with headers included.

I have heard guys on here say not to coat the inside because it will eventualy flake and go into the turbo (ceramic chips are very hard) Anybody know if there is any truth to this or if it should be a concern?? I have ceramic coating from TTI but I cant remember if they did the inside or not?

 

it should be ok, i know alot of guys who have coated the insides.
if it flakes off, your engine has already melted.

 

I got the same thing from Swain on a set of turbo headers. $700 for a single sided coat? Yikes.
