sts dyno# need help I installed sts kit with GT67 upgrade dyno @5psi 417hp 457trq . Boost in @ 3200 to 5700 very happy.... installed FMIC # not so good @8psi 450hp trq keep's falling as boost went up, boost in at 4200 falls on it's face @5500 could this be valve float or something eles. and i have moved boost ref. from the back to the front......

Where are you measuring your boost? Have you relocated the vacume line to the manifold after the FMIC install?
Then like Billy asked. What about your AFR and your injector duty cycle? Are you simply maxing out the fuel system? What is your timing set at and are you pulling timing on the top end?

I've found about 90% of the cars I do will get valve float when trying to run 8lbs on them.Ussually the power just drops at 4500rpm or so,sometimes earlier.Comp 918's fix the problem
