Default 9.4 compression drops to what with 6.0 heads

My compression ratio right now is 9.4:1 what will 6 liter heads drop it down to. Also what kind of power gains if any should I expect with these heads. Set up in sig.

We need all these specs to even get close whar comp will be...........
Cylinder Diameter (inches)
Stroke Length (inches)
Chamber in cc's ----- stock 6.0L heads are 71.03 i believ or close to that.....
Piston dome in cc's (Dome = positive,
Flat = 0, dished = negative number)
Gasket Thickness in inches (add plus or
minus amount piston is in the hole)

as a general rule 6.0 heads drop compression a half a point.

If you are stock stroke (6.125??) then that will give you 8.0:1 compression. You better have big boost in mind with that compression.

Go for it, the motor will feel almost exactly the same as a 9:1 motor, you can just run a shitload more boost on pump gas.

It would also give you a 587ci motor , but I think you ment it will have a 6.125 rod length.
Go to rosspistons.com and look at the calculators, they will get you close enough,( prob around 8.9 to 1).

I don't remember the stroke exactly but I think its 3.422 or something, sorry can't help more.

later,
Dave

Going from LS1 to 6.0 heads can a up to a .5 drop in compression.
