We are using the new SCE Titan copper head gaskets for LS1 motors and oringing the setup. We are also using special order ARP 1/2 inch studs. We have purposely not bored the block but left it at 4.000bore and resin filled the block to reduce the flex.

What kinda power numbers are you hoping for? I know of one guy that runs Cecil Co. in Maryland with a 69 Camaro, BB, and an f3r setup...it sound absolutely sick. And the ETs are even sicker, it's quick, that's all I can remember.

You fill the block to just under the block plugs to help with flex but still allow water flow.

Power numbers should be available in a couple of weeks what it should make is around 1200/1400 rwhp just have to wait and see I might only make 800rwhp

On second thought, you dont want something that powerful, so just crate up your engine and we can do a swap. i'll take yours and you take my cammed engine. i say its an even trade off, and hell, i'll even pay for shipping!

Yikes, get that air filter out of there. WAY too small, that F3R will eat it up and it is not pretty when something like that gets injested. Seriously, I have a friend who destroyed his 101mm turbonetics on his street car because it sucked in the stubby little filter he had on it. Get a screen on there ASAP.

This will cause some argument but we have done the testing and have been running some 2/3 bar on stock PCM, obvoiusly we run in speed density.

In regard to the air filter it is only a dummy up and not the final setup.

This is a street car, but we will be using it for some drag work the idea at the moment is to just have some fun no seroius stuff.

If we get seroius about racing it will be in a GTO body shell

That F3r is total over kill..... and that cog pulley will be wau to much.. way to small... I know because i abuddy of mine on here has a F2 on his car and with it it was making 30+ psi of boost and lifting the heads with the same studs you are using...... he had to DEtune it....... Way over your HP estimates..... and will filling the block how and the hell are you going to keep it cool with street driving it?????? Please tell us..... and with a stock PCM you might run into some trouble even with the 3 bar MAP esp. if you max it out....... with all the $$$ youve spent so far whats a little more???

That thing is insane! If you are looking for a filter there is a listing on K&N's web site that lists all the filters by dimension. Might be worth a try, but you might not find anything that can flow the kind of air you need without collapsing.

Neat setup, but for 1200-1500 hp I would be using a BS3 or something. You are going to run 160 lb injectors?

We have 3 different pulley sizes, we have already had this unit working on another install 422ci with no problems.

Yes its a street car but get real it aint no daily driver.

Nasty you are a bit negative on some of this but dont knock it just yet you blokes still use MAFS over there dont you.

All I was trying to do was share what I am doing, yes we might have to go to another tuning system but we can cross that bridge latter. From prevoius experience I have learnt that when you push the boundary other issues will need addressing.

In relation to heads lifting been there had that problem hopefully we can fix that issue also.
