Yeah that was a consideration we had some sets of AFRS but the head builder had used them before and wasnt that impressed and felt the 6 litre was a better option.

What can I say he has a huge rep backed up with results so I go with the flow no pun intended

Looks exciting, that blower has gotten a number of folks in the 7.50 et range.

Keep us posted on that stock pcm thing.

FWIW...most cooling is done in the top part of the block (near the heads) and in the heads themselves (ie where the combustion takes place). Filling it like the thread starter will not noticeably effect the cooling ability of the motor compared to if the block was not filled whatsoever.
