Depending on the amount of air being moved, it should be. I've got a single TiAL 50mm on my twin setup.

I am running a single 50 with my twins, may have to add another but I think it should releieve enough pressure to stop bad things from happening, remember that blowoff valves are not required in all cases, they just prevent wear on the turbo.

I think its less important for superchargers to relieve pressure fast than turbos, the turbos can see instant pressure and potentially stop abruptly where the supercharger will keep forcing some air even out a restricted bov

Yep, but don't forget the strain on the system including belts and pulleys. Of course, only on high boost applications
