Well I think the pt67 will get you what you want and spool fast the pt70 will get you there to and then some with a little more lag but not much.

Man 150 for a fmic that's 24X10X3 is a good deal. The one I wanted was suppose to be 24X10X3.5 but they siad they got the wrong one(bigger one) and I could have it for the same price 475. Look's like I got shafted for that.

Just checked my paper it I ordered the 25X10X3.5 for 475.

it could be a different type of FMIC, i dunno, but ive got it quoted from them at that price so if it is a typo they have to honor it.

would the pt70 have to "work less" than the pt67 to get those numbers?i want full boost at about 3k to 3200,so which would you reccommend?

I would go with the pt67. But if you plan on going bigger down the road then get the pt70

The reason that FMIC is $150 is because it is for the budget kit. With the budget kit you get a pipe from the turbo to the throttle body....If you want a FMIC for that, you have to pay $150 but you then don't get the pipe to the throttle body. So your giving up say a $250 pipe to pay $400 for a FMIC...Understand? $400 FMIC - $250 pipe = $150 upgrade with piping needed to be fabricated from a shop

what?
2350-200=2150(no throttle body pipe)
2150+150=2300(FMIC)

so if youre using a FMIC you dont need the throttlebody pipe so basically they GIVE you $50 to swap out a tb pipe for a FMIC.

That sounds right. I was like WTF!

ddnsniper if you get the fmic then you have to fab up the pipe's for it or get someone to do it for you.

yeah i understand about the pipes, thats no biggie, but that post doesnt make sense.

DDN I don't think your counting right. The kit is $2350....If you want to add an FMIC it will cost you an extra $150 ($2500) but you will not have any piping to and from the IC and will not get the charge pipe

you havent read their site lately,
"Kit will be powered by a PT67 which is rated up to 780hp. Also with the kit is a Tial 44mm wastegate, no small 38mm gate here, we're expecting this thing to flow!! Kit is going to come with thick wall mild steel piping. Companies have had good results with 16ga, we're going one up just in case. All piping mandrel bent as always. Comes complete to install in one afternoon. Yes, it comes with a charge pipe coming from the turbo to tb. Note- take $200 off price if you do not need a charge pipe (for you fmic guys)."
count with me now guys $2350-200+150=$2300

hmmm interesting...I bet that was a typo on their part because there is no way in hell they are selling an FMIC for $150, or it is some ghetto FMIC because they sell their FMIC for $400 to $500+
