Sorry man, went to bed The flange is aluminum. Wish it was steel so I could do the welding, but I have to go get it tig'ed to the the IC tubing that I have for it.

Blaster, I bought a lil clarke welder gas/no gas. I don't use gas just mildsteel flux core wire. Its a 120V welder if I remember right...I'll post up specifics later..off to work

Is there alot of fabbing involved with install? Like I dont have a welder so I cant just weld and cut as I please, I need this thing to bolt in. As for the rad fans, do they have to be moved? Phamspeed's site doesn't give to many details at all...

Other than that, the kit looks sweet, hope the rest of your install goes well

i copied and pasted what both kits include and then deleted the items that are the same, basically with the turbo upgrade to the PT70 the only difference is the headers.

I'm not sure if I'd eat anything out of that grill again.

Blue99 why not, I had burgers off it right after the headers were done cooking....I fel fyne as ran...nuttinks gon 2 hap to me brrranees

Thanks John@phamspeed I still have to buy that alternator relocation bracket from you guys.....I new I was forgetting something...we will blame it on the High Temp coated burgers...

2002 T/A "time to improvise" at its finest....I didn't want to chance putting the headers on the car with the coating still soft so I had to bake em somehow DP and crossover are no biggie as nothing is really in the way of rubbing on em.

Tiago, Thanks buddy Hopefully all will look badass when its done:crossesfingers:

Looks great. Actually kinda curious....How long did you cook them for? Low flame? Thinking if I ever needed to do it I could put them in my oven too.

Blaster.....really don't put them in your house oven That could really be bad. The fumes weren't bad outside on the propane grill, but inside it would be really bad.
OK.../safety patrol

I had it on high heat and let em cook for an hour each. The grill is an old one and we had some propane so I decided to do it. Grills aren't that expensive to replace...this one is now my parts cooker

Where did you get that size at for 150? On their site it says 475 for that size and the one for 150 has no number's.

from their site
"Here are some options and upgrades that can be added

TurboXS RFL BOV- $150
PT70 rated at 820hp- $220
FMIC (comes with no IC piping)- $150
S compressor cover w/ 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet (does not add hp)- $75 "
and i talked to phamspeed and they said "24x10x3, good for up to 700rwhp"
so its 10" width not 12 sorry, why you pay more than that?

I just see nothing in that size that says 150 bucks. But it does say for 24X10X3 is 425 and the 24X12X3 is 475
