2. You talk about droplets being "too big" due to lack of pump pressure? First of all Meth has a low flashpoint and will vaporize easier then water making them more likely to reach the combustion chamber. Second, If large droplets of meth or water get sucked/forced into the combustion chamber, then they will vaporize there and do the job of removing heat as intended. Granted, problems could occur if the droplets puddled in the intake, which would be less likely for a meth injection system then water thanks to meth's low flashpoint. I really don't understand your reasoning that "If the meth drops were bigger, you could grenade the engine". Are you saying that liquid methanol in the combustion chamber will detonate?

Sorry for taking this off-topic...
Come to think of it, this is why alky dragsters, FCs, and Pro Mods all spray the butter flies on the manifold with deicer right? Pulling the air in as fast as they do with the amount of fuel they run, it CAN freeze up the intake!

Hey Dave, one more question on the BS3 knock sensors. Is the manufacture or whoever is figuring that out working on LS2 sensor stuff as well? Just extremely curious about that.

Dave was your AF hooked up or is it actually as flat as that graph shows? Congrats btw.

Also, the head lifting comment, from what I understand, that wont happen unless you're detonating like a champ.

i blew their wideband out of my tailpipe and ran over it first run. my afr was extremely fat w/ the metanol.. the tune sets it to the low 11's. but with the meth on it pushed down to low 10's and was high 9's at shift rpm
