When my bottom end is done (forged) I'll be going for 10's, I don't see a problem doing it either. Going on radials is fun!

is that tire smoke or burning oil?? I'm confident with some Hal's. removed front sway, subframes, and maybe a beefier rear sway I should be in the low 1.5's. Then maybe I'll actually pull a tire off the ground.

I ran 10.8 at 128 on 315-35-17 BFG DR's last year with a fucked up converter (ran .8 slower at Norwalk NA than it did at my local shitty track with only torque converter change)....got a 1.59 short time as well on that run. Spun the rim 3 inches inside the DR....Full weight car, 420 lb driver (then), 4l60E, stock 10 bolt with 3.23 gear. drove there and back without breakin!!! Not bad for a 4000 race weight car with a fucked up torque converter and a HOT humid day (Motown Muscle day in late July, rented the track for the day). Since then I have done 4000 Yank Pro Thruster torque converter (NOT fucked up, real nice piece), 3.42 gear in stock rear, bought some MT ET Stret Radials (275-40-17), and getting new headers, Y pipe, catback exhaust, heads, cam, intake, TB, and tuning....hopefully get into the high 9's low 10's on radials (also lost 160 lb personally so far for weight reduction).

Nitrous car, stock bottom end.
I went 11.0 at 128 in a 1990 LPE vette with a 100 shot, all stock suspension and 3.33 gear, auto, on 315-35-17 BFG DR's a couple of years ago....1.56 short time at a shitty local track (Muncie IN). Camaro went 10.8 on same type/size tires last summer.

Actually it is tire smoke left over from the burnout. This car has stock suspension, stock shocks everything lowered 1in.
