you probably got what you paid for, it sounds like a 60mm turbo, but if you dont know what brand other the "stage 2" thats about all we can tell you about your turbo

So what do I have, it says .60 A/R on one, and the other housing (not compressor housing) says Garret MI 65 or something like that?? So any help yet? Thanks.

Im going to go out on a limb and say you didnt measure this correctly just based on the measurements in the pics posted. Here is what you need to measure forthe inducer and exducer.

As its pointed out in this picture, the inducer is the diameter of the wheel where the air enters. The exducer is the largest diameter of the wheel. Measure these and then come back to us. To measure these, you will have to remove the compressor housing. This isnt difficult. It should be held on by 6 or 8 bolts holding brackets against the back of the compressor housing. Here is a picture (its of my old setup) and you can see the screws on the back of the compressor housing. Remove these screws, and the brackets they hold and you should be able to remove the compressor housing.

Ok guys.....sorry I didn't see this earlier.

That's my kit that I sold and now it's been re-sold to someone else. So....
I can tell you this. These are hybrid Turbos. The ones that were originally on my kit were the T44's. They should be a bit rusty from being out in the weather under my car. The T60's which were intended to be sold with the kit were a little rusty from being in my garage on a shelf wrapped in plastic. It's possible you got the wrong Turbos. If that's the case I'll go to Speed Inc and crack the two Turbos that are there and measure things with some pictures. Then I'll ask that you to ship the old Turbos back and I'll ship you the correct ones.

I'll also try to help as much as I can with the kit install but when I sold the kit originally it was under the plan that Speed Inc. was doing the install of the kit on the guys car that I sold it to. That way I knew there'd be no trouble at all. These kits typically require some tweaking when you install them.

Anyway I hope this'll take care of things for ya. I don't wanna have to travel to AR to help...LOL....

It sure looks like you got the T44's not the T60's.

I'm gonna have to ride out to Speed Inc and crack the turbos that are there and do some measurement. BUT......I'd bet you got the wrong ones. I can straighten it out though. The 44's have about 8K miles on them. The 60's are new but have been sitting for a while since I was waiting on my engine to be completed.

God I've got some parts to sell....
I've got a Front Mount Intercooler in my basement for the Fbody, two T44's, a somewhat larger single (which I need to measure out), two Racing wastegates, 2 6.0 liter heads (NEW), LS1 dry Nitrous kit and a Honda CBR motorcycle....lol....

Time to take some pics.......

Default thanks Chase

hey thanks man, I did just measue them and here is a lot better measuremet:

Compressor Inducer: 2.375 inches
Comp Exducer: 2. 90625 inches

Exhaust Housing Inducer: 2.5625 inches
Exhaust Exducer: 2. 625 inches

These are very close as it took me about 10 minutes to measure, but please go ahead and go to speed ink to make sure, also chase what is the big black peice of metal that sord of ressembles a k member for??

60-1 HiFi: 2.324"/3.00"

57-Trim: 2.230"/2.950"

Those are the 2 closest wheels I can think of. Would not suprise me at all if they were 60-1 hifi wheels.

600 each is what I calculated however keep in mind thats with extremely good flowing heads and intake. Also thats at a very high boost level. Boost it to the skyand your parts may follow....lol

Default parts

I have LME building me a shortblock with forged internalls including Weisco pistons, Manley rods, Hellfire rings, 6.0 block, all the forged goodies to run run a low compression so my sengine should be able to hold. That is great on 600 each, how good of heads do they need tobe. I just bought some West Coast Racing Stage II heads that flow 310 cfm, is that alright? I am going to be going with a F.A.S.T. 90 intake and custom S3 throttle body i already have so should this get me around 700 RWHP? That is what I am shooting for

i'm sure that combo will be capable of that
this is a CAS kit right? I don't know how much power has been made with those exhaust manifolds have made
as long as fuel is there and the tuning is on I don't see why you could'nt make that goal

Sounds like a solid plan there. I see no reason why you can't reach your goal.

1000 crank HP. -25% for losses through the drivetrain = 750RWHP

That's being very conservative so it really shouldn't be a problem. At the top of the scale you should get:

1200 crank HP -20% for losses through the drivtrain = 960RWHP

I'd figure on somehwere in between. Lots of variables here though. Should be an interesting build.
