if you wanna stay around 500-550 then I would think 42#'s and a single pump would be good enough. You'll have to make the fmic pipe's(pipe's,coupling's,and clamp's) get a BOV also need a airfilter for the turbo. Then you need to get it tuned.

single pump and stock rails will be fine for your goal.

no need to get bigger rails or dual pumps unless your confident over 600 will be your goal at some point.

Dunno yet. Not installed on my car but it looks good. If I was you I would just get the OBX and save some money. I paid 475 for mine the big OBX goes for like 290 or something like that.

Yes a FMIC is a must for those power levels. You might be able get there with just meth but why try. Like I said if you get the fmic you will have to make the ic pipe's or atleast get someone to do it for you.

The fabrication part on the intercooler isnt really a problem, so for around 550hp the only other fuel upgrade i would need is the injectors?? what i plan on doing is getting this kit and keep it pretty mild(5-7psi) untill i build my shortblock then upgrade it pretty good. how would this work with my cam? its a TR 224 .563 112ls1?? would i need to get a different cam to tighten up the lsa?? also what do you guys reccomend for a bost controller?

PS. sorry 69firebird if that sounded offensive i didnt mean it to be

you will prob want to switch the cam out to something with a 114+ lsa to avoid boost bleed off.
