Looks bad-***.

How much did everything cost you? Would you ever do a similar setup for anyone else?

You beat me to the punch. I have a feeling that's what I'm going to do. How much stuff did you have to relocate besides the alt.

Im around 6000 in parts, since i did all the labor that was about the total, we would do another one but it would be very expensive, it is really labor intensive,

Radiator moved, alt moved, fuse blocks and wiring moves, cruise control, thermostat outlet has to be cut of and reclocked to clear the header, both coolant lines are custom hard piped, front bumper suppport, abs box, ps lines that is about all the relocation i can think of now but im sure there is more.

BTW, where did you route the downpipes?? Stock K-memeber or aftermarket tubular? I think you told us you were using 321 stainless?

Well..I can live without crusie control, hell, I hardly use it anyways, even on a long haul trip. Considering I wouldn't drive it much in the winter, I could run without a T-stat, relocated alt, no biggy, fues box, same thing, wiring, that's a little hair but not bad if you label stuff, abs, either delete it or relocate it, ps could be a bit tricky. Yeah, you've done some work, but it looks killer, congrats, and get us some vids of that nasty *** thing

Where did you relocate most of the stuff to? Passanger compartment? Did you use anything like a painless fuse box, harness, and switch panel combo? Reason I ask is I love the setup and will probably do something like this, but in the distant future (can only plan too much though)

Downpipes just go down and dump at the front wheels, its really not that loud ive ran it that way for 2 years and never been hassled, i just relocated all of the stock wiring higher up on the strut tower, all still factory wiring, ps doesnt have to be relocated just the lines (no biggie), stock k member still.

Fine ill change my sig, should i change my user name too.

Oh, lol, sorry, I didn't realise that was your old setup. Could you have routed the down pipes back and out? Or is there no room or would you have had to make more relocations? The only thing that bothers me about having a street car dump the DPs there is if you are stuck idling in traffic for CO. Also to keep the "sleeper" stock look too.

No no way you could bring the downpipes back unless you wanted to run them under the k member, its 304 stainless dont remember the thickness offhand we get everything from spdexhaust.com.

i'd like to know what hose you used to connect the 105mm t-body to the inlet pipe please? is it a 4.5" to 4" or is the inlet pipe the only reducer, meaning a 4.5" to 4.5" hose? and last, where did you get it and for how much?

thanks,
Dave

The pipe is 4 inch and i had it flared to 4.5 inches for about 4 inches and them i just used a 4.5 inch silicone coupler, the heads are completly stock minus valvesprings.

I paid 15 bucks to have the pipe flared here locally at dr gas.
