You may want to go with 60 #ers. I have 42's, and I'm running out of injector at 475 rwhp. Better to go bigger and not have to worry about it. My injectors were at something like 87% duty cycle at my power.

with only 7psi you should be around 440-470rwhp

the 42's should be good.
i was making 512rwhp on the mustang dyno.
ive seen other people run them with 600rwhp on the dynojet.

You're setup is virtually IDENTICAL to mine, including the hot side exhaust parts . I will tell you close to what you'll be making in about a week once I get the final tune done. I was told by slowhawk I can get 530rwhp safely before I start running out of injector, and I can get a whole lot more with 60s.

EightBallWS6...please keep me posted cause i would like to know what you make.how many psi are you looking to run?

WHPLASH...geez! thats huge at 8 psi,i need to find some LQ9's cheap

blacktransam...hey i think i know "some guy" too but yeah i was only expecting maybe 460rwhp at 7psi i wanted to go 8 or 9 but im trying to play it safe.i wouldnt mind having Norris tune me for maybe 9 tops and then when i get the eboost i can change my boost settings when i feel like it.you know they dont call me "sleeper" for no reason, with much help from you i might add
i was nervous that 42#ers wouldnt be enough,it is by DD though.hey mike do you think i should go with 60's was well...like motrons?

Hey, unless I missed it, you didn't mention what kind of turbo it is. That could make a HUGE difference in the power output at any given boost level since attainable power is also limited by the efficiency of the turbo itself. I'm using a T76 FWIW.
