LS1 Pumpgas power..... Who is king of the hill?

LS1 Pumpgas power..... Who is king of the hill?
So who has made serious power on only pumpgas. It seems as time goes on the power numbers with pumpgas continue to rise? So question is, Who makes the most power on pumpgas with an LS1.
Only list you proven dyno #'s or track times. Also, list the basic rundown of what you have. Do not talk about what your car could do, or a car you heard of. Only 1st hand proven numbers.

although it's not an 'ls1' (c5-r) it is close enough...especially for this comparison...the c5-r block shouldn't make any more power on pump gas than an ls1 bored and stroked to a 427

Bryans car is good for over 900 hp easy. Monty williams made 1200 at the crank. If you subtract 20% for drivetrain loss, and a little more due to head flow, he should easily be able to make 900+ on pumpgas.

I know for a fact that Mightey Mouse made over 900rwhp on Pump 93..... 917 or 915rwhp... do a search for it... im sure he will post up..... im sure Brians setup CAN do it.... but none of us have heard about it doing it yet or sean a dyno graph of it.

without the boost spike its an honest 870rwh and 930rwtq.. and its on that setting every where i go, every day of the week, every single time i floor it
mine was with methanol, so i'm sure that doesn't count
i did the pump gas only thing for a while, but bottom line is you can make more power and be safer with meth... and i like both of those.. especially for cheap!

considering I live in Charlotte not more than 30 min from Bryan and the same shop does work on his car and mine and I have ridden in his car, seen in on the dyno, seen the dyno numbers from his f-1 setup and they are still tuning with the f-1r I don't 900+ is going to be any problem. I will let him speak for himself but its a bad *** car and like I said I didn't think it was the highest but there can't be too many more cars out there that make more power than it on 93

Sorry a little off here BUT MM how many miles/KM do you drive a year???

i dunno what i could do on pump only..i'm not interested in chancing it.. meth is cheap insurance. i have done 636 on pump only on a smaller motor and stock cam and it could probably do over 750 now but thats speculation and i'm not going to make claims based on that.
i consider a c5r cheating since the thread says ls1 so naaah!
i put about 11k miles on the car per year

I had some gas tank issues mentioned in another thread and the exhaust has changed for the better and was changed after I hit the 875. I had experienced some trouble with the HPTuners cable that was a known issue and I was required to send it back to casper for repair, so I have not gone back to the dyno to get that 900 number.
So I think it is fair to say I am well over 900 at the crank. I have only run 100 Octane one time and it burned up one of my widebands, so I will not be doing that again. The 100 or so other runs have always been on BP 93 Octane.
In my very humble opinion,
It is all in the tuning and the ability to control heat in the combustion chamber. You cant run 10 to 1 compression and 17 PSI(which I do) with 23 degrees of timing. My setup works with 19 degrees of total timing.
You also cannot do it with an iron block.
The doubting thomases can make fun of me all they want, but my dyno queen numbers speak for themselves.
In all of the runs I have made on the street that I was monitoring and recording, no knocks have been recorded, and no timing reductions.
From the 822RWHP mark I did the following:
I swapped the intercooler from a side in side out, to a side in top center out, the F-1 for a F1-R, the kooks 1 7/8" for a set of Kooks stepped 1 7/8-2"-3 1/2" collectors to a 3 1/2" y-pipe, a prototype ignition that allows me to spread the gap and use a cooler plug, gutted the new 3 1/2 cats, and installed a new resonator type exhaust that includes a 24" resonator behind the y-pipe, and once over the rear end, hit another "y" to send the exhaust to two resonator mufflers.
Before doing all of the above, there were cats on the car, and the car was making 753RWHP. The cats were gutted and went to 822RWHP. With the above changes, and the new cats, minus the exhaust, the car made 800RWHP.
So now we have the cats off, and hit the 875 mark when I started having problems with the HPTuners cable. Now that I have that back, and the new exhaust is on the car, I will hit the 900RWHP mark on pump gas. Dont bet against it!
Just thought I would share, sorry Mighty Mouse.

750 on straight pump gas would be amazing for MM, I agree with him, why not use meth if you can?
I may I may not, however if it makes him happy leave him alone.
I know this is not bryan's way, but it is a way

I never understood the whole 93 octane stuff. I can get 112 from a pump so that's good enough for me. I mean who spends 15-20 grand on a engine/power-adder combo and then can't afford 4 bucks a gallon?
