, i may not be able to control the boost with the cut out open. i will be turning the boost controler all the way down and opening the cut out to see where it goes, if it goes over 17psi then i may have a problem.i am going to the track in kc on friday. i am no longer welcome at the local track till i get some safety equipment. i dont expect a new best or anything, still have lots to figure out. i might be hiting the dyno this weekend too but if not the next weekend for sure.
not sure what elbow you are asking about. the inlet is 5", the outlet is 3", the down pipe is 4". the 5" rubber elbow came with the original kit from cmotorsports and they made me the new down pipe too. there is no way a 5" will fit in there unless i just dump it by the tire.
That is with a 5.3 liter truck intake manifold? Does the 6.0 liter differ?
Thinking about doing an LS1 swap into my '84 LandCruiser FJ60 with a 4L80E. No turbo though.

Would you see any benefit going to a LS6 or Holley intake manifold? I wonder if the FAST would handle that boost.Still on stocK 6.0 heads?
That **** is awesome
. I 'd like to have a truck like that only with a Richmond 6 speed manual swap
. my bov is still opening right at the 2-3 shift. i tried the adjuster on it and it made no difference at all.
my min boost with the cut out closed is 15psi, and with it open it is 22psi
, seems the waste gate really isn't large enough. i seem to be able to fuel it at 22psi so i think i will just work around it rather than fix it. maybe with more meth i will be ok at 22psi but if not then i will only open my cutout when i have good gas in there.drag weeks sounds bad ***. i am going to try and do it.
you should definatly step up to a bigger wastegate
