LOL I am missing the V-Band for the downpipe so we taped it up for location. One of those little things that just need the time to drop by the truck stop to pick up

The turbo is a PTE T88 .96 AR housing, full tubular 65 thou stainless headers. The 4" downpipe needs to be compressed for ground clearance and the intercooler will sit behind the bumper with the appropriate body modifications for breathing

Stock motor? You were one of the guys that had big problems with the other kit right? about a year or more ago? I hope this kit works out for ya.

Did you have a problem with the BMR k-member hitting the phamspeed exhaust manifold?

Yes I'm the guy that had his motor let go on the other kit with lots of imaginary problems . This motor is a 391, forged internals with 8.0:1 compression.

It's not a BMR K-Member, it was built by Autoworks (ARE) perfect fit and no notching needed. The K-Member is chromemoly and powder coated.

Not a stock motor, I'm looking for 750 on pump gas at about 12-14 lbs. The motor is sleeved stuuded and braced and should be solid for race at 18-20 lbs. I have no idea what it can make on race fuel and high boost. I do know an auto is in my future

I'm trying out a new fuel system for this set up that should be interesting. It has a dual pump with boost sensitive regulator and full return off the rail. Base fuel pressure will be set around 50 psi to allow it to idle with pressure increasing with boost (Effectively increasing injector sizing). I'm also using the 60 lb Motoron injectors.

That's a nice set-up Warbird. What size intercooler are you going with? I wonder what's the largest front mount that will fit in the nose of a bird.

Onfire,

Were going to run the biggest intercooler we can stuff in the front, not sure at this point what the actual core size is going to be. I know the car won't make the kind of power a Meth/Alchy set up might make, but it will likely be more street friendly.

NA$TY-TA,

We will be using the stock PCM. Autoworks will tune the car on their dyno, they have all the needed gear to do a good job. I believe they are going to use HP Tuners for the job. The software is very versatile and there are a couple of options to try. We might even try speed density tuning to eliminate the MAF altogether. I do want to try it with the MAF and see how far we get. If using a MAF it will be a draw through style.
