Default Any reason why this turbo cam wont pass emissions?

I am thinking about having a comp cam ground to the following:

230/224 (.544/.560) 116LSA + 4

I would assume this should pass emissions a 383 LT1. Any particular reason Why it might not? Also, any idea where peak power might roll in at with this cam?

Here is my setup:

383LT1 (8.5:1)

There's no reason why it can't pass emissions. Properly tuned it shouls be pretty efficient.

Our emissions test consist of idle and 2500 rpm cruise, the difference between the two is our emission pass/fail. I have seen some pretty radical car pass with flying colours and big cams
