DIY Alky Injection Kit
I finished building my alky injection kit and I am happy with the results so far. I used a 100 psi pump and a McMaster misting nozzle. I used and NOS solenoid and a check valve for flow control. I bought an adjustable pressure switched to fire the pump, and I wired it all through a relay to control switching. Now that I have the bugs and revisions done, it works great.

hmm ok, you are gonna be filling that sucker up pretty frequently if you get into boost alot.
plus you have no way to see when it's running low.
I would recommend a low level sensor or at least building it again using something clear.

cool, it must be alot bigger than it looks as you say.
just look for a low level sensor from a junkyard. tons of cars have them for the washer fluid or radiator overflow.

Launching!
Just bought a Snow Performance unit for 12# Vortech Z28 (stage 2- 2 nozzles, control panel, bigger pump for 600 +hp.)
After installing that, I'll buy some parts like you did and do my NOS SS to save some dough!
(By the way Snow is the cheapest store-bought kit I found...stage 1 is 299, Kennedy and Carrol Supercharging are around 500 and up maybe...)
Highly interested in your results...are you doing tuning/dyno results soon?
Yeah make sure you don't advance timing then run out of juice in boost! :O
The kits have leds to to mount inside the car to make sure the pump is working and alchy level is up- good safeties if you are going to advance tune for alky.
If you just use the windsheild washer tank ....then you have a dash light already as a safety.
Are you mixing methanol (20 Below) and water or are you just using Windsheild washer fluid, (nearly the same)?...
Keep us posted man!

I'm using a 50/50 water and denatured alcohol mix. I'll be headed to the dyno soon. I did set up system and pump on leds so I that I know what is going on. You guys are right about the low level warning. I'll need to get that squared away.
