Good grief, I would stick my fingers in a turbo when it was at idle. Those things are whipping at a good pace at idle. I wouldnt stick ANYTHING PERIOD in there. LOL

Put a remote filter next to your turbo. Fill it with oil. Good reservoir next to the turbo as well

Greg at PTK showed me a neat trick. He used a bug sprayer, like you would use in your garden, and modified the end of the wand with a -3 female fitting. Then you just pour your oil inside, pump it up a few times and it's ready to go. Just attach the fitting to the oil inlet on your turbo and pull the trigger.

like i said AND you quoted me on..common sense..sheesh, it is a turbo, not a freaking jet engine, it would take an un believable amount of engine load to make the turbo spin with you holding it

hook everything up how it should be... then disconnect the electrical plugs that go to the coil packs on each side of the engine.... crank engine for about 10sec., if you had your engine apart that will also give the censors time to relearn everything, oil should be going through the turbo by then also..... you all ways put some oil down the oil passages before connecting lines anyway...
